Find the stopping point
A failed homepage and a buffering player are not the same problem. Try another title page if one link fails. If ordinary pages open but filtered results do not, reload search and remove restrictive filters. An impossible date range or a wrong release year can make a working search appear empty.
The catalog opens, but images do not
Posters can load separately from the text. Give the page a moment, then refresh if needed. You can still identify a title through its name, year and cast. A missing image does not mean the movie itself has vanished from the catalog.
The problem begins after Watch now
Watch now opens JustWatch choices for the selected country. Confirm the matching film or series there. If playback later fails at a viewing service, use that service’s supported player or app. Check sound output for missing audio and lower quality or automatic quality for buffering where the player provides those controls.
Keep the useful details
Note the title, device, browser, country and exact message. Also note what still works. These details distinguish a broken link from an unavailable offer or a device-specific player issue. See picture quality and subtitle help for the more specific symptoms.
